That’s why IDEC offers high performance safety controllers to orchestrate multiple safety devices. SafetyOne FS1A safety controllers feature six dual-channel safety inputs and do not require any programming or complicated wiring. With either 11 or 24 preprogrammed safety logic circuits in a compact housing, SafetyOne controllers allow you to build a safety circuit by simply sliding a DIP switch.

Typical safety relay systems require cumbersome wiring and take up too much space, while safety PLCs can be costly and difficult to program. IDEC’s safety controllers make it easy to consolidate safety circuits, saving space and costs with minimal wiring and easy setup. SafetyOne can replace up to six safety relays with no programming involved. One module can connect with various IDEC safety components including E-stops and interlock switches and light curtains, as well as pilot lights and sensors.
