汽車製造現場往往存在很多大型機械，在這樣複雜的環境下存在很多無法安裝大直徑開孔但需要安裝控制按鈕的場合，而控制盒因為僅需螺絲開孔，可以簡單地在特殊位置安裝緊急停止開關，保證現場的安全性。
並且，如果選擇IDEC全新的YB系列樹脂製電氣控制盒，透過獨特的不開蓋安裝設計，可以事先將電纜(*1)組裝在控制盒上備用，屆時整組直接進行快速安裝。這大大削減控制盒維護和安裝的工時，節省成本。
