今までの製造現場では、検査の際に紙面のチェックリストを用いて検査項目の確認と自身の署名をしていました。さらにそのチェックした項目内容をPCへ入力をすることでトレーサビリティを実施するなど、2重の作業を行っていました。
スマートRFIDリーダーKW2D形とタッチパネルを組み合わせると、検査項目をタッチパネルに表示させて、署名をIDカードに換えることで検査工程を電子化することができます。また、そのデータをタッチパネルのメール機能を用いて上位PCへ送信ができるため、手間な入力作業の削減などの作業改善と確実なトレーサビリティを実施できます。
